ACTi GNR-2000 Overview

Offering a compact design and capable of providing an unlimited number of remote clients via web browser, the GNR-2000 is a desktop standalone NVR that allows the user to create up to 32 preset surveillance points. Featuring event management with motion detection capabilities, the GRN-2000 may be setup to record specific events, to record during scheduled times or to record when manually activated. With its 4-channel synchronized playback capabilities, the user can choose to search through video recordings based on certain events or during specific times. The user may then take a snapshot and export the image, crop and export a video clip, add text overlay to video or digitally zoom in on an image with Picture-in-Picture technology.

Allowing the user to manage up to 16 IP cameras or video encoders, the tower-type GRN-2000 system is capable of supporting H.264/MPEG-4/MJPEG formats up to Megapixel resolution. Offering a recording frame rate maximum of 480 frames per second, the GNR-2000 is capable of devoting up to 30 frames per second to each of its cameras with a maximum recording throughput of 96 Mbps. With its two-way audio capabilities, the GRN-2000 also allows the user to listen to sound from each of the devices hooked in to the system while also making it possible to communicate with those who are located in the surveillance area.

Capable of operating in temperatures from as low as 32°F to 104°F and in humidity ranging from 10% to 85% relative humidity, the GNR-2000 can withstand nearly any conditions where it is likely to be operated. Weighing just 8.55 pounds and measuring 7.9” x 8” x 12”, the GNR-2000 takes up very little space and can be used virtually anywhere.
