ACTi KCM-3311 Overview

Weighing just 1.36 pounds, the ACTi KCM-3311 is a fixed dome camera capable of being mounted to a variety of different types of surfaces. Rated to withstand temperatures ranging from 14 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit and a relative humidity of 10 to 85%, the ACTi KCM-3311 is a good option for virtually any indoor and outdoor setting. With its mechanical IR cut filter, the ACTi KCM-3311 is capable of recording color images with light as low as 0.1 lux at F1.4 and black and white images in lighting as low as 0.05 lux at F1.4. Featuring a f3.3-12 mm / F1.4-2.9 lens with P-Iris technology, the ACTi KCM-3311 is capable of achieving up to a 3.6x optical zoom. With a horizontal viewing angle of 77.22 to 22.62 degrees and the ability to achieve a pan of up to 360 degrees, the ACTi KCM-3311 can monitor a broad area of space. The camera is also capable of achieving a tilt of up to 180 degrees and can rotate up to 360 degrees, providing a variety of viewing options to select from. Thanks to its Power over Ethernet, or PoE, Class 3 technology, the ACTi KCM-3311 is capable of creating quality images even in areas where power may otherwise be difficult to obtain. With its video motion detection technology, the camera begins recording when activity is detected in the area, recording at 8 fps at 2032 x 1920 resolution. The 2d+3D digital noise reduction technology further assists with creating quality imaging, which may then be used with H.264, MPEG-4 SP or MJPEG compressions with dual streaming.
