ACTi TCM-5311 Overview

The TCM-5311 is a box camera offering DC iris lens support and a resolution of 15 fps at 1280 x 960. With its IR cut filter system, the TCM-5311 is capable of capturing color recordings in light levels as low as 0.15 lux at F1.2 and black and white recordings in light levels as low as 0.05 lux at F1.2. With its two-way audio system, the TCM-5311 records all sounds within the surveillance area while also allowing the user to communicate with anyone in that same area.

Featuring video motion technology and an alarm trigger feature, the TCM-5311 automatically notifies control center as well as the user with an email if any type activity is identified in the area. The user also has the option to command other devices, change camera settings, upload video, and save video or snapshots to local storage. The TCM-5311 also offers a MicroSD/SDHC card slot for local storage opportunities as well as a number of image enhancement options, including white balance, brightness, auto exposure and text overlay of user-defined text on video.

Offering Power over Ethernet, or PoE, technology, the TCM-5311 can be utilized in the most remote locations where power may otherwise be difficult to obtain or even unavailable. Capable of operating in temperatures ranging from 14°F to 122°F and in relative humidity ranging from 10% to 85%, the TCM-5311 can function in a variety of environments. Weighing just 1.1 pounds and measuring 3.25” x 2.40” x 5.34”, the TCM-5311 offers the option to choose between H.264, MPEG-4SP and MJPEG compressions with dual streaming capabilities, making it a great camera to use for a variety of different purposes.
