ACTi TCM-5611 Overview

The TCM-5611 is a box camera featuring a bundled 4.2 mm / F1.8 Megapixel fixed iris lens capable of achieving a horizontal viewing angle of 64.4°. Capable of operating in temperatures ranging from 22°F to 122°F and in relative humidity ranging from 10% to 85%, the TCM-5611 can function in a variety of settings and environments while also offering both day and night functioning. With its IR cut filter system, the TCM-5611 is capable of capturing color recordings in light levels as low as 0.5 lux at F1.0 and black and white recordings in light levels as low as 0.50 lux.

Offering Power over Ethernet, or PoE, technology, the TCM-5611 can be operated in virtually any location, whether power is available or not. Featuring video motion technology and an alarm feature, the TCM-5611 automatically notifies the user with an email and a snapshot whenever any activity is identified within the designated area. With this information, the user can determine whether or not additional action is necessary. The user can also change camera settings, command other devices, and upload video and snapshots from a remote location. With its two-way audio system, the TCM-5611 is also capable of recording all sounds within the surveillance area while also allowing the user to communicate with anyone in that same area.

Offering a resolution of 18 fps at 1280 x 1024 and the option to choose between H.264, MPEG-4SP and MJPEG compressions with dual streaming capabilities, the TCM-5611 is well-suited to a variety of different scenarios. Weighing just 0.88 pounds and measuring 2.64” x 2.17” x 5.10”, the TCM-5611 features a compact design that allows it to be used in virtually any setting.
