The AXIS M3203 (0336-001) network camera is ideal for situations where discreet surveillance is required. This camera is provided with a fixed dome that protects the unit and improves its aesthetics. The AXIS M3203 network camera is also provided with advanced imaging technology that ensures an excellent image in trying conditions. The camera is also resistant to attempts to tamper with the device, providing another layer of security. The AXIS M3203 network camera is also compatible with some of the most advanced networking protocols and technologies.
The AXIS M3203 network camera captures images in SVGA resolution. It can transmit two streams simultaneously in the H.264 format. This format can accommodate network traffic management by reducing bandwidth in times when little action is going on in front of the camera. The camera can also transmit in the popular Motion JPEG format. This camera is provided with a pixel counter, which can be used to ensure that the image is up to standards for various applications.
The AXIS M3203 network camera can be powered directly over the Ethernet. Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology simplifies the installation process and reduces installation costs by eliminating the need to have a separate power source installed for the device.
