AXIS M3204-V Overview

The AXIS M3204-V (0346-001) fixed dome network camera is designed for providing surveillance in indoor situations where clarity of image is imperative. This camera features high-resolution image capture and features that allow the network bandwidth usage of the device to accommodate technologies that minimize network traffic. The camera is also very durable and is provided with features that deter vandalism. This device can be programmed using the Application Programming Interface included with the AXIS M3204-V fixed dome network camera.
The AXIS M3204-V fixed dome network camera has a sturdy metal base and a tough transparent cover. A smoked cover can be added to the device to provide more discreet monitoring. This device is also provided with a progressive scan sensor that optimizes image quality when objects or persons are moving. A full megapixel of image quality ensures that crisp, clear details are available. The camera can stream in the H.264 format or in the Motion JPEG format. It can transmit two streams simultaneously with each being optimized for network traffic concerns. The AXIS M3204-V fixed dome network camera has a HDTV 720p resolution image.
