AXIS P1347 Overview

The AXIS P1347 network camera is a 5 megapixel, HD security camera designed for usage in high-security areas. The camera provides excellent day or night visibility and tremendous capabilities to zoom and pan within the surveillance area. Video is delivered in H.264 format at 1080p resolution. The camera is also equipped with features such as digital motion detection, removable storage capability and advanced iris control.
The AXIS P1347 network camera can be installed anywhere using its Power over Ethernet (PoE) capability. The camera is also capable of detecting attempts to tamper with the device. Blocking the lens physically or with paint, moving the camera or attempting to defocus the lens is an event trigger on the AXIS P1347 network camera. The camera supports network encryption, including the HTTPS protocol and supports Quality of Service (QoS).
The AXIS P1347 network camera also has P-iris control. This feature allows for better depth of field and image clarity. The camera is also provided with 2-way audio communication capabilities and is able to send two separate video streams. In addition to H.264 format, the camera can also transmit in Motion JPEG format. The camera’s focus can be adjusted to the highest standards manually or using a computer. It is capable of accommodating facial identification. The AXIS P1347 network camera is suitable for monitoring areas such as banks, airports and other areas where security is the highest priority.
