The AXIS P3343-V (0308-001) fixed dome network camera offers a professional quality option for discreet surveillance. Provided with powerful features that allow it to function in daylight and low-light conditions, the AXIS P3343-V fixed dome network camera provides crisp image capture and the capability to alter the focus and zoom from the operator’s station. This camera is also resistant to attempts to vandalize the devices, making it suitable for use in high-security areas where tampering is a threat.
The AXIS P3343-V fixed dome network camera is provided with the ability to send two video streams at once. It can make use of the H.264 format and the Motion JPEG format. The streams can be independently adjusted to accommodate network bandwidth control. The camera’s capability to be zoomed and focused remotely allow pixel counts to be verified to make sure that the performance is adequate for applications such as face recognition. This camera also includes wide dynamic range, which further increases the image quality.
The AXIS P3343-V fixed dome network camera is easy to install and provides a nonintrusive way to keep an eye on a security area. The camera is Power over Ethernet (PoE) capable, which eliminates any need to have a separate source of power installed near the camera. The camera has a durable dome design and detects attempts to obstruct the camera’s view by physically blocking it or by spray painting the device.
