The AXIS P5522 PTZ dome network camera is an indoor camera that is protected against damage from dripping water and dust. It carries an IP51 rating, making it ideal for monitoring locations such as warehouses, malls and public transit stations. The camera is also equipped with full day and night functionality, allowing it to capture images in situations where lighting conditions are low. This camera also has powerful zoom functions and provides the ability to follow moving objects within the frame. The camera is powered using Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE+), which facilitates installation since only one network cable is needed for carrying power, video/audio and PTZ commands. It is perfect for wide ranging surveillance applications, such as in stores, offices, hotels and warehouses. The camera enables users at a remote location to pan 360° for overview surveillance, tilt 180° and zoom in 18x with autofocus for detailed views. The Advanced Gatekeeper functionality enables the camera to automatically move to a preset position when motion is detected in a pre-defined area.
