CyberPower PDU44003 Switched ATS PDU Series
Ensure continued operation of critical devices with the CyberPower PDU44003 Switched ATS PDU. Ideal for data centers and network closets, this unit provides power redundancy to single-corded connected equipment. If power for the primary source exceeds the lower or upper thresholds, or if power fails, the PDU will switch to the secondary power source to ensure continuous operation. The PDU will switch back to the primary power source when incoming power becomes stable. Additionally, this unit offers real time remote and local monitoring and outlet management.
The PDU44003 supports inputs between 100-120V and includes (16) NEMA 5-20R and (1) L5-30R outlets. Dual NEMA L5-30P power cords are plugged into separate power sources (A and B), and information about each power source is clearly displayed on the front panel LED indicator lights. Other features include an LCD with selectable background color, built-in web interface, and power event notifications. The CyberPower PDU44003 is protected by a three-year limited warranty.
Product Features
-
Power Distribution
Delivers AC power to servers, equipment, and connected devices via a power distribution unit. -
Automatic Transfer Switch
Dual power cords (A and B) provide redundant power sources to devices with single power supplies and can be plugged into separate compatible sources* to ensure continuous access. Users select the preferred source as the primary input. CyberPower Smart App Online and Sinewave series UPS are highly recommended for use as the power source.
*Note: Only sine wave AC power sources are compatible with this ATS PDU. Simulated sine wave AC power sources are NOT compatible. -
Switchable Outlets
Provides local and remote control for individual and multiple outlets. Local control: turn on/turn off outlets and disable unused outlets. Remote control: restart outlets and devices, turn on/turn off, schedule power on/off sequencing, and disable unused outlets. -
Remote and Local Monitoring
Enables offsite and onsite tracking of PDU vitals. -
Selectable Color LCD
Provides real-time meter status for current (amperes), input and output voltages, power consumption (kilowatts), and hardware/firmware versions. User selectable LCD background color allows for easy classification of PDU based on application. The LCD turns red when there is an alert. -
Automatic Event Notifications
Reports immediate updates about power events via email, SMS text, or SNMP traps. -
Upgradeable Firmware
Downloadable improvements (firmware updates) to programs that run the PDU. -
Environmental Sensor Option
Supports optional environment sensor (ENVIROSENSOR) that allows for remote monitoring of rack temperature and humidity to ensure optimal operating environment. -
Daisy-Chain Capability
Manages up to four PDUs with a single IP address. -
Switch-free Design
Safeguards against accidental power shut down. -
Mounting Brackets
Includes all necessary hardware for horizontal rack installation. -
Long Input Power Cord
Reaches distant power sources, allowing the PDU to be placed where it’s needed. -
Cord Retention Brackets
Secures power cords, keeping them organized and accessible. Helps cords stay plugged in. -
Network-Grade Plugs and Outlets
Highly durable construction ensures the efficient distribution of power in demanding IT or industrial environments to servers, equipment, and connected devices. -
Durable Metal Housing
Protects internal components and resists damage from impact or abrasions within challenging industrial environments. Also extends the life of the product. -
Three-Year Limited Warranty
Covers the PDU for three years and connected equipment for as long as you own the product. See warranty for details.
