Vivotek MD7530 Overview

The Vivotek MD7530 is a slim compact IP network camera tailored towards transportation applications including Buses, Trains and other vehicles. The MD7530 offers VGA resolution with a wide angle lens providing high detailed and clear video allowing for easy identification of people and objects. Both MPEG-4 and MJPEG Video Compression are supported with the ability to offer dual simultaneous streams.

With an IP67 rated housing, the MD7530 offers protection from shock and vibration along with outdoor elements including humidity, dust and high/low temperatures. The housing is also vandal-proof offering protection from vandals providing optimized mobile surveillance and reliability for passenger safety.

The Vivotek MD7530 also offers tamper detection which is ideal for mobile surveillance. The MD7530 can alert security personnel when the video is blocked or spray painted. Built-in motion detection is also included.

With built-in Power over Ethernet (PoE), the MD7530 allows for easy installation as power can be supplied to the camera through a single ethernet network cable. The MD7530 also has an integrated MicroSD/SDHC memory card slot for local recording directly within the camera.

The Vivotek MD7530 offers many other features including QoS bandwidth efficiency, IPv6 support, alerts of temperature fluctuations, HTTPS encryption and 802.1x authentication.
