Please note that VAST 2 software licenses will no longer be available for sale after July 31, 2023. The final release version 2.13.0 will be the last update, and no further updates will be available after July 31, 2025. If you require additional support, please contact us. We recommend transitioning to VAST Security Station (VSS) as a replacement.
WHEN DO YOU NEED TO PURCHASE AN ADDITIONAL LICENSE?
- Any time you are adding a non-Vivotek (ONVIF) camera to VAST or VAST 2, no matter how many cameras you have in total. You need 1 licence for each non-Vivotek camera
- You are adding the 33rd or more Vivotek camera to VAST or VAST 2, because VAST & VAST 2 already includes 32 free licenses for Vivotek cameras
Completing your purchase:
- Once you place an order you will need to send us the .Req file from your existing VAST software. Your order will not be processed until this file is received. Send your file to sales@networkcamerastore.com and reference your Order #.
- Vivotek will create your licenses and we will email you the updated .Lic file back to import into your VAST system.
- Usual turnaround time to receive your updated file back is 3 business days or less once we receive the .Req file from you.
- If you have VAST set up as a virtual server, Vivotek requires the MAC address(es) from the camera(s) you will be adding. Please send the MAC address(es) along with your .Req file.
- Software is non-cancellable, non-returnable
